Heidi began her telecommunications career at US West (Qwest) Communications in 1997 where she was trained from the ground up on voice and data solutions for Business. She was a sales consultant in the Small Business sales group, actively focusing on client relationships through strategic and value-based selling. She then became a Learning Consultant where she coordinated and delivered sales, product, and system training to new and existing business sales consultants. She then became a Senior Account Executive in the National Business Accounts group where she incorporated a more complex suite of services to her knowledge base.

Heidi is knowledgeable in Hi-Cap, Long Haul Private Lines, Frame Relay, ATM, Dedicated Internet, Dedicated LD, MPLS, and Metro Optical Ethernet and has a firm grasp on network architecture and voice and data applications. Heidi began working for Telcom National in 2003 and specializes in project management and implementation of high capacity and complex services. She is committed to our customers and their telecommunications experience. She understands our clients voice and data needs are a critical aspect of their business and strives to ensure those needs are met with excellence.
