Ali started her Telecom career with Qwest Communications. During her 8 years with Qwest, she worked as a Residential & Business Sales Consultant, as well as a Learning Consultant teaching new hires how to succeed in sales and service. This foundation provided both the voice and data product knowledge to assist customers of any size. She achieved great success as a Customer Service Manager in the Small Business Group, before moving on to launch the Qwest Business Partner Program. As a Customer Relations Manager, she continued to surpass sales objectives and go beyond agents expectations.

In 2007, Ali began working for Telcom National as the primary support person for the Arizona team. Her duties include Pre and Post Sales Management, Pricing and Contract Development, Billing Audits and repair assistance. An acknowledged expert in the telecommunications field, Ali consistently strives to provide a great customer experience with an overall commitment to excellence and accountability to our customers.
